Pan mixing equipment
Pan mixing equipment, also known as disc mixers, are a type of fertilizer mixing equipment used for blending various fertilizers, such as organic and inorganic fertilizers, as well as additives and other materials.
The equipment consists of a rotating pan or disc, which has several mixing blades attached to it. As the pan rotates, the blades push the fertilizer materials towards the edges of the pan, creating a tumbling effect. This tumbling action ensures that the materials are uniformly mixed.
Pan mixers are usually used in the production of organic fertilizers, where materials need to be mixed thoroughly to ensure that nutrients are evenly distributed throughout the final product. They are also useful in the production of compound fertilizers, where various materials need to be blended together to form a homogeneous mixture.
Pan mixing equipment can be manually or automatically controlled and is available in a range of sizes to suit different production capacities.
