After the machine is installed according to the requirements, it is necessary to refer to the operation manual before using, and you should be familiar with the structure of the machine and the functions of switches and buttons of each electrical box. You also should be familiar with the process of operation, in order to take timely measures to prevent accidents in testing process.
Before starting up, check whether each line is connected correctly and whether the water and electricity supply is normal.
Lubricating oil must be added into the reducer (generally, our company has been added before out of factory), the amount of oil take the tank gauge can see the oil as a standard, not too little nor too much; Check if oil pump is working normally.
While using the new machine, heat the machine to the required temperature at first.
When the machine stops using, first open the waste valve, drain the storage material in the box, after the box pressure drops, close the scraper switch and waste discharge switch, and then close the hydraulic station motor, close all the heating zones switch, finally power off.
When the machine restart, first heat it up to the required temperature (to melt all the plastic in the cavity), open the waste discharge, after the plastic flows out, then start the scraper, close the waste valve, turn into production.
The output quantity is reduced during production, which may be caused by the hole blockage of the screen plate. The extruder should be stopped at first, the waste valve should be opened, and the screen plate should be replaced after the pressure of the box body drops.
When replacing the screen plate or scraper you must open the waste valve at first, after the box pressure drops, then remove the cover plate screw, finally replace the screen plate or scraper.
